Online Meeting Software

ARSL has two Zoom licenses available for member use. Before you schedule a meeting in either room, please check that nothing else if scheduled at the same time. If it’s your first time scheduling a Zoom meeting, you can find instructions here.

All meetings held in ARSL Zoom rooms are expected to follow our Virtual Meeting Space Use Policy and ARSL Code of Conduct for Meetings, Events, and Activities.

Scheduling Tips:

  • Before you schedule a meeting in either room, check that nothing else is scheduled at the same time.
  • Whenever possible, schedule meetings with a 30-minute buffer in case the prior meeting runs long.
  • Please email [email protected] when you’ve scheduled a meeting so we can keep our calendars updated. 

Logging In:
Log in here using the credentials below. If this is your first time logging in to an ARSL Zoom room it may trigger Zoom's two-factor authentication protocol. If this happens the code will be sent to the ARSL office. Email us to let us know you need it!
