Conferences & Events: Cancellation and Late Fee Policy

Conference Cancellation

Written requests for refunds by conference registrants must be received 30 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds will be made following that date. Cancellations are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Hardship cases, e.g. illness, death in the family, may be submitted to ARSL for determination of whether or not portions of conference fees may be refunded.

TRAIN Cancellation

Written requests for refunds by TRAIN registrants must be received prior to the start of the workshop. No refunds will be made after the workshop has been run.

Late Invoice Fees

Starting July 1st, 2025, the ARSL Office will now assess one-time late fees to event and conference invoices. Any event- or conference-related invoice that is 90 days overdue will be assessed a one-time late fee of $25 for in-person registration or $10 for virtual registration.
